Pro-life Do you generally support pro-choice or pro-life legislation?
No In order to balance the budget, do you support reducing defense spending?
No In order to balance the budget, do you support an income tax increase on any tax bracket?
Yes Do you support the regulation of indirect campaign contributions from corporations and unions?
People have the right to know where the money source is for candidates in order to figure out what the donations entail.
No Do you support capital punishment for certain crimes?
The only time capital punishment is in order is 1. a capital crime ie murder 2.No doubt exists that the criminal did it. 3. The criminal is unrepentant and would do it again. and 4. There is a possibility of escape.
No Do you support federal spending as a means of promoting economic growth?
Yes Do you support lowering taxes as a way of promoting growth in the economy?
No Do you support providing tax incentives to businesses for the purpose of job creation?
Business taxes must be lowered to compete with other nations.
No Do you support requiring states to implement education reforms in order to be eligible for competitive federal grants?
No Do you support building the Keystone XL pipeline?
Yes Do you support reducing restrictions on offshore energy production?
The Keystone pipeline is poorly designed. It should be as short as possible connecting to modern refineries. Gas is now being flared because it is more profitable in the short run. This is waste at its worse. The northern tier of states need gas and oil as much as anyone else. There is little sense in piping oil to the South for refining and then piping it North. Refinery workers hired locally would reduce unemployment in the areas sourced who are largely native American.
Yes Do you believe that human activity is contributing to climate change?
No Do you support the federal regulation of greenhouse gas emissions?
Cap and trade will not work. It is a tool for much mischief among politicians without values.
No Do you support restrictions on the purchase and possession of guns?
Automatic weapons should be heavily taxed and regulated.
Yes Do you support repealing the 2010 Affordable Care Act?
2700 pages, that few have read entirely, does nothing to reduce the cost and/or availability of health care. There are many hidden operating plans that are little known. One is to deny emergency health care to anyone over ninety years of age in a facility that received federal funds.
Yes Do you support requiring illegal immigrants to return to their country of origin before they are eligible for citizenship?
They have broken the law. Few other countries allow illegal entries to go unpunished. There should be more visas issued to agriculture workers and fewer visas issued to professionals who take the place of Americans. ie Doctors,Dentists and programmers.
No Do you support same-sex marriage?
Yes Do you support targeting suspected terrorists outside of official theaters of conflict?
Yes Should the U.S use military force in order to prevent governments hostile to the United States from possessing a nuclear weapon?
No Do you support allowing individuals to divert a portion of their Social Security taxes into personal retirement accounts?
